Nuclear energy - France, the facts the LNP hate
Led by serial misinformer (he could never be a spy) Peter Dutton, the #LNP are all rabbiting on about Nuclear Power in GLOWING terms (pun intended). But, as with Dutton’s lie about Canada getting 60% of its power from Nuclear (Yes he said that) they are now leading you astray about France.
Yes, France gets about 60% of its power from nuclear but they also pay the equivalent of 42 cents per kWh, far more than we pay in Australia. And YES they have some real issues, issues that the LNP don’t like talking about. Here are some inconvenient facts:

Peter Dutton is duping you over Nuclear
Remember the good old days when Hinkley C nuclear power station was supposed to be up and running by 2017? Well, fast forward to today, and we're looking at a June 2026 opening – almost a decade fashionably late, if they manage to stick to this extended deadline.
We wonder if #PeterDutton talks to his conservative friends (They call #Liberals conservatives in old Blighty), What am I saying, he doesn't have any friends.
